International SQC Facilitators’ Training 2025 – Kathmandu, Nepal

The SQC Facilitators’ Skills Training 2025 (XIII), organized by QUEST-Nepal, was successfully conducted from 15–17 August 2025 at Rainbow Academic Homes Secondary School, Kolpatan, Pokhara. This three-day training program was designed to equip educators with the necessary skills and tools to implement Students’ Quality Circles (SQC) effectively, fostering holistic personality development among students.

The training brought together 21 enthusiastic participants from seven different schools, providing them with hands-on experience, practical strategies, and collaborative learning opportunities. The program was facilitated by distinguished trainers, including Narayan Prasad Sapkota (Executive Member, QUEST-Nepal and Lead Trainer), Binod Poudel, Purna Bahadur Rana, Khem Narayan Dhakal, and Dhruba Thapa, whose expertise and guidance inspired participants to “Think Outside the Square … Within a Circle.”

A special note of gratitude was extended to Rainbow Academic Homes Secondary School and Principal Baburam Baral Sir for graciously hosting the event, ensuring a supportive and engaging environment for all participants.

The successful completion of this training reinforces QUEST-Nepal’s commitment to developing Total Quality Educators, who in turn nurture Total Quality Persons (TQP), strengthening the SQC movement across Nepal.
