SQC Convention Simulation

The SQC Convention Simulation, organized by Chitwan Hub on Shrawan 17 (Saturday) at Gaindakot English School, marked an inspiring milestone in advancing the Students’ Quality Circles (SQC) movement in the region. The event served as a dynamic platform for students, educators, and facilitators to experience the real essence of an SQC convention through practical learning, presentations, and collaboration.

The program featured case study presentations by SQC teams, interactive sessions on problem-solving, and reflections from facilitators, emphasizing the role of SQC in holistic personality development. Students showcased their ability to work as a team, identify challenges, and present innovative solutions—demonstrating the power of “Thinking Outside the Square … Within a Circle.”

The simulation not only strengthened students’ confidence and creativity but also fostered a spirit of collaboration, leadership, and responsibility among participants. School leaders and SQC trainers highlighted best practices, while cultural activities added vibrancy to the event.

With active participation from schools, teachers, and students, the SQC Convention Simulation was a resounding success, paving the way for future conventions and reinforcing the vision of developing Total Quality Persons (TQP) through education.
